The name 'shabu shabu' meaning ‘swish swish' in Japanese, captures the sound of ingredients swirling in the pot.
Experience the art of Japanese hotpot as slices of premium meat and fresh vegetables are simmered tableside in a flavourful broth and served alongside dipping sauces.
