A traditional Japanese hotpot dish with a twist in Roka Riyadh!
Starting 16th October every Wednesday, 6pm onwards, experience the art of Japanese hotpot as slices of premium meat and fresh vegetables are simmered tableside in a flavourful broth and served alongside dipping sauces.
The name 'shabu shabu' meaning ‘swish swish' in Japanese, captures the sound of ingredients swirling in the pot.
Priced at SAR 200 per person, Shabu Shabu broth is served with a selection of vegetables, wagyu beef and dipping sauces. Make it extra special with additional vegetables for 30 SAR or additional wagyu beef for 50 SAR.
